Meetings:
Board Meetings: One every other month, Myriad House, Chelmsford
Strategy Meeting: Once a year at an external venue
Audit Committee: Quarterly
Nominations Committee: Quarterly (Governance Remuneration and Nominations Committee).
Management Engagement Committee: Quarterly (Customer Engagement Committee) AGM: Annually

The Board Apprentice will be invited to Group Board and AGM. The meetings will be held in CHP, Myriad House, 33 Springfield Lyons Approach, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 5LB.

APPRENTICE REQUIREMENTS

Background:

We are looking for candidates from under-represented backgrounds.

Experience:

An understanding of Governance, and how the housing sector is regulated

Uk based / Local Resident

Travel expenses:
Yes, reasonable expenses such as travel costs (train and bus). UK only based apprentices. Ideally, someone who is local that is part of the Community that CHP serves.
