We test children of all ages and abilities, from 6 to 18 years, to provide a complete overview of a child’s fitness, movement and natural talents. We also test mental health and wellbeing, including how they feel about the key aspects of their life, such as friends, school and appearance.

We are seeking two Non-Executive Directors to make a significant contribution to the growth and expansion of the Company, while delivering senior level expertise on commercial and marketing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Fitmedia works with schools, sports organisations and local authorities to monitor and improve children’s physical literacy and fitness. It provides objective assessment systems which test and benchmark children’s fitness and fundamental movement skills.
Fitmedia is looking to expand its growth through increasing sales and establishing commercial partnerships for delivery provision.
It is looking to appoint individuals to the Board with business and commercial experience to help drive forward the next phase of the company’s growth and to provide advice, ideas and support to the Board.
Experience in the health and charity sectors would also be attractive.
We are seeking an individual who possesses:
A good understanding of the current sport and physical activity sector
Familiarity with, and broad networks in, the health and charity landscape
A creative thinker adept at establishing and building relationships
A track record of successful growth and expansion
Commercial acumen and strong skills in sales and marketing.
The appointment is for a three-year term.
Directors will be required to attend up to three Board meetings per annum as well as supporting the business in the interim.
The role is non-remunerated with reasonable out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed.
